Energy Rating Reports
Personel consumption of water , power and the effect we have on our environment are issues of increasing importance the consequence of which confronts all of us. No longer can we design and construct houses without giving consideration to power and water usage today new houses must meet minimum energy usage requirements.
This is done by Rating Assessors reviewing the plans and calculating the probable power consumption of the building when completed. Items that can have a bearing on power consumption of a home include colour of the roof, roofing material, size and location of windows and style of insulation are all taken into consideration when conducting the rating assessment.
Houspect Rating Assessors have under gone the relevant government training requirements and gained ABSA accreditation.
Assessment Reports of older established houses can also be under taken to confirm current usage and supply recommendations on methods to reduce power , water and environmental impact.
