Pre-Purchase Inspections

The reason for a structural report is to confirm the structural integrity of a building, offering both purchaser or vendor a comprehensive snapshot of the structure. Report procedures and format are in accordance with the Australian Standard AS4349.1 (1995).

The Report

You will receive a detailed and comprehensive document, usually within 24 hours of the inspection.

All reports are completed to Australian Standard AS4349.1 The houspect report examines over 200 aspects and includes a commentary on the overall structural issues of the house and those areas which will need immediate attention.

The Inspectors

All of our inspectors are registered builders with years of experience. This experience allows them to accurately report on the condition of your intended purchase and in simple terms explain what needs to be done to rectify any issues found.

Our job is to independently and without bias report the condition of a house so that you have enough information to make a confident decision.
