Pre-Purchase Inspections
The reason for a structural report is to confirm the structural integrity of a building, offering both purchaser or vendor a comprehensive snapshot of the structure. Report procedures and format are in accordance with the Australian Standard AS4349.1 (1995).
The Report
You will receive a detailed and comprehensive document, usually within 24 hours of the inspection.
All reports are completed to Australian Standard AS4349.1 The houspect report examines over 200 aspects and includes a commentary on the overall structural issues of the house and those areas which will need immediate attention.
