Our renovation inspection covers

• All components of the building comply with current Australian Building Codes.

• The inspector ensures that workmanship is at an Industry standard, and the method of construction is in accordance with Australian Standards.

A Houspect renovation report lists all items to be rectified by the builder. This report can be used as evidence in court if a dispute arises.
