We can offer you an Investigation report which checks that all work completed meets with contract requirements. Houspect Building Inspections will answer all the questions you will have about the condition of the house you plan to buy or build.

What we look at for you

• We check all the work completed is done in accordance with the plans.
• We also check the materials used are in accordance with Australian Standards and meet Australian Codes.
• The inspector will also make sure that the workmanship is at an Industry standard.
• The method of construction is in accordance with Australian Standards.

You are then issued with a typed report which can be used as evidence in court. It lists all items to be rectified by the builder before you make the final payment.
