Jim Watson has been a WA Registered Builder for over 50 years commenced his building career in Perth with the State Housing Commission who eventually transferred him to Kalgoorlie over 40 year ago.

Jim has constructed, renovated and maintained properties across the Goldfields and outer districts such as Wiluna, Laverton, Leonora and Menzies. Jim has been undertaking Houspect building inspections for almost 10 years and brings an extensive understanding of construction issues associated within homes within Kalgoorlie the Goldfields district. Jim provides quality independent building inspections to both property buyers and sellers.

After an extensive commercial and public career Jim is semi-retired and integrates his building inspection with a host of community based activities.
