What Does the Report Provide?<\/h2>\n

A Houspect Handover Inspection report is an independent and unbiased document completed in accordance with Australian Standards.<\/p>\n

Once the\u00a0construction process is complete and after a final clean of the property has been undertaken, our qualified building inspectors examine the unit and complete a report that describes the final condition of the completed construction work and details of the final finishes.<\/p>\n

The report will describe any defects and problems in easy to understand language and will contain photos of notable items so that you can see what issues may exist.<\/p>\n

Houspect Building Inspectors use a detailed handover inspection checklist to help identify whether the construction and workmanship on your new unit has been completed in accordance with the National Construction Code<\/a>, applicable Australian Standards and acceptable standards of workmanship.<\/p>\n
