It\u2019s not uncommon for a concrete roof to last for as long as 50 years, although, saying that, the colour of the roof tile can fade long before that. Roof tiles have come a long way and you\u2019ll find that it\u2019s less likely that a newer home will need to have its roof repainted. Roof coatings now are far more durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roof restoration has become a popular choice when renovating a home, if your roof is in good condition, it is a much cheaper option than replacing your entire roof. A fresh coat of paint can make your roof look brand new again and restore it to its former glory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Apply the paint using a roller or sprayer. Following the same steps as when you applied the primer, you should always start from the top and work your way down. Always ensure that the paint has cured for at least 2 hours (if not longer) before applying the second coat.<\/p>\n\n\n
