Our qualified* Houspect Rating Assessors review your house plans and calculate the probable power consumption of the building. Items having a bearing on power consumption of a home include colour of the roof, roofing material, size and location of windows and style of insulation. All these items are taken into consideration when conducting the rating assessment.<\/p>\n

Houspect Assessors can also inspect and report on established properties to confirm current usage and offer recommendations on methods to reduce power, water and environmental impact.<\/p>\n
