The protection of our clients, Agents, inspectors and property occupants is very important to us.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We continue to operate our business across Western Australia and are undertaking building inspections for our clients every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our inspectors have implemented additional personal hygiene measures to ensure the occupants of properties and those providing access are protected to the extent possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of our bookings are subject to the occupant of property or those providing access to the property:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Not being in self-isolation<\/li><li>Not having any flue like symptoms<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where either of the above circumstances are found to exist, the inspection will&nbsp;<strong>NOT proceed and will be cancelled<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that under standard Pre Purchase Building Inspection clauses (particularly the REIWA Clause) this may have an impact on the ability to deliver building inspection reports within the required time frames.
