We provide home-owners with unbiased reports on the condition of a property, and list all defects. We aim to help you get the best result with resolving disputes, identifying property problems and recommending the repair works required.
With Houspect reports you can get the defects on your property rectified….and we know our reports have helped some builders to improve their standards of workmanship and professionalism.
We remain an independent inspection company and do not provide any repairs services as we see that as a conflict of interest.
