We recently asked for your Companies, assistance, for a house inspection. In this COVID impacted real estate market with houses being sold from pictures etc, basically “sight unseen.” As interstate buyers unable to view the property in question, the house inspection report provided us with information which ultimately saved us from investing in a “money pit. Meeting on site yesterday with Andrew and the site supervisor worked really well. It allowed Andrew and the site supervisor to discuss the issues identified and to seek mutually agreeable resolutions and it allowed me to understand specifically what the issues were.
