I am happy to report that I met with the builder today and all of the defects, large and small, identified in your report are going to be remedied (and in the full and proper way).
I would like to more generally pass on my sincere thanks to you and all of your team for all of your assistance throughout the construction of my home. I have been thoroughly impressed by Houspect’s professionalism, expertise, patience, and willingness to assist at all stages of the (rather daunting) building process. The money I have paid to Houspect has been perhaps the most worthwhile and valuable of the whole build!
