What We Look At For You
- We check that all the work completed is done so in accordance with the plans.
- We also check that the materials used are at Australian Standards and meet Australian Building Codes.
- The Inspector will also make sure that the workmanship is at an industry standard.
- You are then issued with a typed report listing all items to be rectified by the builder. This report can be used as evidence in court if necessary.
