Chad has a successful construction company as a licensed builder which he continues to operate today. He has been involved in numerous projects from design and build, extensions and renovations.
As a building inspector, he has developed building inspection and consulting skills where he has been able to apply his building industry experience and education, including project and cost management and analytic skills.
Chad has prepared several briefs as an expert witness utilising his project management and analytic skills.
One of his favourite past times is playing in his local soccer team.
