    Broken or shifted ridge caps or tiles can sometimes cause gutters to block, but most are easily and inexpensively repaired and are not a major structural issue.

    It is a good idea to investigate to find out where the problem exists and have the vendor fix these issues and any damage that is found can be repaired, prior to you marketing the property. This ensures you will save time and any potential contractual problems after the commencement of marketing the property.
