We were really happy with the service from you guys and had been recommending to family and friends who are building. Your reports identified issues that we would never have known about, which allowed us to follow up with the builder during warranty period.
The service was outstanding. One of our inspections was right before the gyprock and your inspector identified some issues with the timber frames which needed to be fixed immediately. He went out of his way to turn around the report ASAP for us so that we could use it to speak to the builder.
